About STAR
Specialized Training in Advances in Radiology

STAR, an international education program sponsored by Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals and Siemens, presents cutting-edge developments in radiology for practising radiologists. STAR comprises a series of local, country specific, 2-day meetings. These events provide attendees with a regular forum to share opinion on the latest developments in all fields of radiology with an eminent faculty of independent experts. Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals and Siemens co-operate closely on this educational project. We believe that much of our success is due to the close links we maintain with radiologists around the world. STAR is one example of our ongoing support for the professional education of radiologists. The unique approach of the STAR program is that this is a non-commercial initiative, guaranteed by the cooperation of national and international radiological societies and independent advisors.
